‘inside organisations’

Biography:

 

 I am interested in how organisations work and how change affects people's work practices, relationships, values and processes.The research for my PhD was carried out inside an Australian Ministry of Education. My thesis explores the effects of an organisational restructure on the working lives of the people who serve the state and schools simultaneously.

 I have lived and taught in the UK and  Denmark and studied in Australia. I am currently at Aarhus University in Denmark working as a post doc on a project on Entrepreneurship Education.
